The card holders should always notice any unfamiliar activity on their accounts. If they are getting messages that their password has been updated a few minutes earlier or they have got a message of the cash has been debited or credited from their account lately without them, knowing them or doing them personally, then they should immediately take action for that and let the bank know that they were not the one who had made this recent activity from their accounts.
